QUALITY POLICY

The Board of Directors of H&S Custom Srl, organization operating in

SUPPLY OF CONSULTING AND TRAINING SERVICES, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY AND ICT SOLUTIONS FOR THE ENTERPRISES AND PUBBLIC ADMINISTRATION

DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, SALES AND SUPPORT OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS 

 

believes that the success and the ability to improve its business on its market is strictly linked to:

 

  • the commitment to the level of its customer satisfaction
  • the continuous improvement of all the company activities
  • the development of its human resources

 

The quality perceived by customers and end users – that is the level of their satisfaction – is the results of different concurrent elements, but within them the project management and execution procedures, that definitely affect the deliverable provided, are the priority.

 

In particular all of this must be achieved respecting the following principles:

 

  • keep Customer commitment,understanding and satisfying its explicit and implicit needs
  • complywith the regulations, rules and norms of the countries and reference sectors in which operates
  • assurethe respect of requirements in term of quality, quantity, timing, safety of works, quality/price performances, conforming to the specified requisites
  • improvethe operating efficiency of its business processes, trough the definition of standard operating procedures in project process and personnel empowerment; applyself-audit to measure periodically the performances achieved by the implemented management system
  • minimizethe cost to afford to correct errors in project delivery, eliminating them through non conformity prevention, instead of fixing or recording them after delivery
  • optimizesupplier and partners relationship to increase the competitive level of the Organization on the market
  • promote and implementtraining programs for the personnel at all the levels to optimize the process of empowerment of the human resources, critical for the next years development of the Organization, granting equal opportunities, impartiality, continuity, participation, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • privilegeoperating flexibility, distinguishing H&S Custom characteristics, in the respect of functional need of each colleague and partner
  • monitorthe level of System conformity to the norm and regulations
  • improve the internal efficiency  through the definition of good practices in working processes, risk analysis and professional empowerment of our personnel, that is aware to operate and live in a moment of the company growth
  • insurethat the present Quality Policy is understood and sustained by all the personnel, establishing since now that Quality means “Work Methodology”

 

To grant all of this, the H&S Custom Srl. Organization has committed to put in place an efficient Management and Quality System, conforming to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 norm , maintaining its application during time.
